Ivie is an experienced Investment banking professional with over 2 decades in wealth management, corporate banking, treasury and capital market transactions.

From his initial days at Afrinvest West Africa Limited to being the pioneer Managing Director of Coronation Asset Management, Ivie has led big ticket transactions and floated flagship mutual funds in excess of 5 billion.

Ivie joined Certari Asset management Limited as the Managing Director.

Omozusi Iredia

Omozusi Iredia is the Executive Director of Certari Asset Management Limited

Omozusi is a seasoned entrepreneur and investment professional with market leading knowledge of Securities Trading, Asset Management and Investment Banking Services. She has extensive, hands-on engagement with Institutional, corporate and private investors across the financial markets.

Prior to joining Certari, she headed different portfolios at Afrinvest West Africa Limited, Standard Chatered Bank, and Marina Securities where she significantly influenced the business successes in sales and strategic growth. She went on to lead as Chief operating Officer in Cordros Capital before moving to become Executive Director at Coronation Securities.

Omozusi demonstrates her strategic understanding of markets across all asset classes and sits on various boards.

Nicholas Otenson

Nicholas Otenson is the Chief Compliance Officer of Certari Asset Management Limited

With over 15 years experience across Audit & Assurance services, Insurance, Investment advisory services, Banking & Finance, Nicholas is an astute professional with superior knowledge on regulatory functions and oversight.

Nicholas holds a Bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Jos and an MBA (Accounting & Finance) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife. He also holds a MSc in Finance from the University of Lagos. He has worked at leading organizations including UNIC Insurance Plc, Associated Discount House Limited, Coronation Merchant Bank Limited, and TrustBanc group.

At Coronation Merchant Bank Group, he led the team of Regulatory reporting and Tax management services, overseeing the group’s statutory regulatory reporting functions and tax management service.He was also the Financial Controller at Coronation Securities Limited, the subsidiary of the then Coronation Merchant Bank group.

Nicholas joined Certari Asset Management in August 2020, as the Chief Compliance Officer.
